Ingredients Puff Pastry

     500 g high protein flour
     1 egg
     salt secukpnya
     200 ml of water

     25 g butter

How to Make Puff Pastry

3. Minced or roll dough to form a rectangle 1cm thick.

4. give korsvet 2/3 parts.

5. Fold 3 from parts that are not given korsvet. in refrigator rest for 20 minutes.

6. Remove and then rolling back the same way. 3 fold and back rest 30 minutes to relax the gluten

7. The dough is ready for rolling back in shape, and the contents of jam or semacamya

8. Bake in the oven at high temperature.
